微生物絮凝剂研制的废水净化研究

摘    要:本研究中获得了产生高絮凝活性物质的动胶菌属,定名为SH-1,在絮凝剂的研制中使用黄豆汁替代酵母豪以及添加Mg2 可明显提高絮凝效果,并且降低了微生物絮凝剂的生产成本,通过对高岭土,泥浆,活性炭悬浊液和味精废水以及酸性湖蓝A染料废水的净化实验,确定了最佳的絮凝剂研制以及净化条件,获得了良好的实验效果,微生物絮凝剂与SPA混合用于味精废水的净化时最高COD去除率可以达到56%,而相应的药剂费用较单独使用SPA时降低二分之一左右,小试药剂费用为19.5元/t废水,微生物絮凝剂对酸性湖蓝A染料水溶液在最佳实验条件下絮凝率达到80%,微生物絮凝剂属于绿色化学产品,在实际中应用可以避免使用传统絮凝剂带来的二次污染危害,Ca2 絮凝过程中起到了离子结合与架桥作用,具有一定的助凝效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces experimental results and studies optimal conditions for microbial floculate (MBF) production and the efficiency of wastewater treatment with MBF. Using soybean gravy as the nitrogen source and adding Mg 2 to cultivation media can effectively enhance flocculation effect of MBF. By comparison, MBF plus SPA(sodium polyacrylate) had relatively higher rates of COD cr removal from monosodium glutamate wastewater, with the highest COD cr removal rate of 56% at an estimated purification cost of 19.5 RMB per ton wastewater. MBF can also efficiently decolorize dyestuff solution with the highest flocculate rate of 80%. MBF is a green chemical product and has a potential usage in water and wastewater purification.
