摘    要:针对遗传算法在生产计划调度上的应用,结合JIT下的车间调度进行了改进研究。研究了单染色体遗产算法的改进问题,提出新的联合移位算子,针对车间作业计划的普遍实际情况,将这种算法应用在调度问题的求解上,重点开发了在加1二时间偏差最短和准时制(JIT)两种性能指标下的作业计划软件,给出了较详细的算法过程,用于生成快速与实时作业调度方案。

Abstract:In view of genetic algorithm application at the job schedule of dispatcher , combining to workshop dispatcher of JIT research of improving is made. And this paper studied the revised partheno-genetic algorithm, raised a new algorithm operator ,which was applied into the calculation of job shop scheduling problem aimed at the face in job shop .A set of software is developed using GA with the goal of the maximum benefit under JIT or the minimum of the deviation of process time. The detailed process is offered and used for producing fast and the real-time operational dispatcher's scheme.
