| 摘 要： | 旅游专业技师作为旅游企业技术工人中的精英,在旅游企业生产、服务和管理的一线岗位上具有不可替代的作用.然而,目前大多数普通高校旅游专业在对高职生的培养上目标不明确,培养出来的学生既不是能独当一面的管理人才,也不是一般的普通服务人员,所以高校旅游专业高职学生的培养途径势必进行改革,本文既针对高职旅游类专业高级技师的培养途径进行探讨.
