案例教学法在心血管内科教学中的应用

摘    要:案例教学法(CBL)是一种以案例为基础的教学法。通过对实际病例的分析,培养学生综合素质,引导学生将抽象的理论与临床实践相结合,有效地提高学生分析问题的能力以及对临床问题做出科学决策的能力。将案例教学法引入心内科教学中,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,取得了良好的教学效果,是提高教学质量和学生素质极为有效的方法。

Abstract:Case based leaning (CBL) is a kind of teaching method on the basis of the case. Through analyzing actual cases, it can cultivate students' comprehensive quality, guide the student to combine the abstract theory with clinical practice, effectively improve students' ability of analysis problem and the ability to make scientific decision to clinical problems. Introducing case teaching method in cardiology teaching, fully arouse students' learning enthusiasm, and achieve good teaching effects, so it is a highly effective method to improve the teaching quality and students' quality.
