纳米Ni-Fe-B催化还原剂的制备及表征

摘    要:用NaBH4还原Fe2+和Ni2+制备了Ni-Fe-B合金粉末,利用TEM、XPS、XRD、BET-N2和AAS等表征手段,测定了合金中Ni、Fe和B等的含量,形状和大小,物相结构及其BET比表面积,表面组成及表面电子能态.TEM表明,Ni-Fe-B的平均粒径在30 nm左右,Ni含量为5 wt%时,其BET为22.8 m2g-1.XPS结果表明,表面Ni浓度较高.XRD谱图显示,仅在衍射角2θ为44.5°处有一宽峰,呈典型的非晶态合金衍射,因此可作为优良的加氢催化剂.

Abstract:The Ni-Fe-B ally powder has been laboratory prepared by reduction of Fe2+and Ni2+with NaBH4. The shape and diameter, content of Ni, Fe and B, crystal structure and BET surface aera of the powder has been characterized by TEM, XPS, XRD, BET-N2 and AAS. The powder was proved to be nano-size particles with an average diameter of about 30 nm. The Ni-Fe-B contains 5 wt%of nickel and the BET surface aera is about 22.8 m2/g. Its surface concentration of nickel is higher than its total concentration in the particles proved by XPS. The only broad peak around 2θ=44.5° is showed by XRD indicating typical of amorphous alloy diffraction. Therefore It will be excellent catalyst for hydrogenization.
