开域平面分层结构的直线法全波分析

摘    要:用直线法结合周期边条件,以平面波激励的方法分析开域平面分层结构,与直线法结合吸收边界条件的常规方法相比,具有解析形式的特征值与特征矢,能够利用快速傅里叶变换计算阻抗矩阵元素,提高计算效率,数据算例表明了方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Using method of lines with peridic boundary conditions,this paper analyses open planar multilayer structures by impelling of plane wave. Compared to the method of lines with absorbing boundary conditions,the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the difference matrix possess the same closed forms for each layer. In the mean time,the fast Fourier transform may. be used to calculate the impedance matrix elements. Con equently,the computing time is reduced significantly. The efficienly of this method is demonstrated by the numerical examples.
