| 摘 要： | 通过传统电子瓷生产工艺，研究了掺ＺｒＯ２１％Ｗｔ时制备ＳｎＯ２的工艺控制过程，在得到最佳预烧温度和烧结温度的基础上，研究了预烧与烧结温度的互补性，使用埋粉烧结法，得到了对乙醇有较高灵敏度的ＳｎＯ２陶瓷体。根据阻温特性曲线给出了最佳乙醇探测温度。

| Abstract: | Making process of SnO2 adding ZrO2 is researched. At the base of getting the best pro-fire temperature and sinter temperature, the relation of these two temperatures is studied. The R-T curves give the better temperature scope of detecting gas. The absorb function of Zr4+ on the surface of SnO2 and the chemical action of C2H5OH with O2-are investigated too. |
