| 摘 要： | 国家实物战略储备调控能够将对自然的保护与利用融合在一起,使自然免于超阈利用;国家实物战略储备在时间维度上具有的代际公平意义,满足了可持续发展的社会要求;国家实物战略储备是保障资源可持续供给的重要手段之一,能够有效提高资源可持续供给的能力。因此国家战略储备与经济社会可持续发展存在自然要求、社会要求和经济要求三重契合,对经济社会可持续发展有重要意义。
