摘    要:目的对小鼠避暗实验三种常用训练方法的效果进行比较.方法小鼠腹腔注射氯胺酮(25mg.kg-1)建立遗忘模型,分别采用单次适应单次电击(MOS)法,单次适应限时训练(MOL)法,多次适应限时训练(MUL)法训练小鼠并于24h后进行测试,记录步入潜伏期和错误次数.结果与对照组相比,MOS法仅显示步入潜伏期的差异(P< 0....

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effects of three kinds of step through test's training methods in mice.Methods:Amnestic model was established by intraperitoneal injection of ketamine(25 mg·kg-1).The mice were trained by mono-adaptation and mono-shock(MOS) method,mono-adaptation and time-limited(MOL) method or multi-adaptation and time-limited(MUL) method,then the step through latency and error times were observed in the testing trial 24 h later.Results:Compared with the control group,the step through latency just indicated difference in MOS method(P 0.05);both kinds of indication showed significant difference in MOL and MUL methods,the indexes in latter one were more significant(P 0.01).Conclusion:Multi-adaptation and time-limited method was testified to be relatively dependable for step through test in mice.
