桂林高校羽毛球专选班学生比赛中的心理研究与应用

现代羽毛球比赛是在激烈的竞争和强烈的对抗中进行的,随着比赛对抗程度越来越激烈,学生的水平越高,心理能力对比赛结果的影响就越大,在某些情况下,还会成为决定性的因素。本文以桂林高校羽毛球专选班60名本科生为对象,应用文献资料法等方法,对羽毛球专选班学生比赛中的心理研究与应用进行分析,力求使学生学会调节心理状态的各种方法,以便在训练和比赛中充分调动身体状态,使技术水平得到正常的发挥。

The Psychology Analysis and Application of Students in the Class Specialized in Badminton in Colleges and Universities of Guilin

The modern badminton matches are performed with fierce competition and great hospitality. As college students＇ proficiencies develop, badminton competition becomes more and more fierce and the students＇ mental power plays a more and more important role in the matches. In many cases, mental power is the deciding factor to success. Through the analysis of the psychology of sixty undergraduate students who are in the class specialized in badminton, this paper aims to find out the methods of adjusting students＇ mental state in the matches to help them perform well in the training and matches. Documents will be fully used.
