| 摘 要： | 本文对黑龙江省农业生产引资利用划分四个层次，通过对引资利用的效益分析，指出ＢＯＴ引资方式是在业强省建设中解决资金投入不足的重要融资方式，建设加强对ＢＯＴ融资方式的研究，为农业强省建设服务。

| Abstract: | There are four arrangement of ideas about ining placing investment of agricultural production.Analysed the benefit of making use of placing investment the article is drawn a conclusion that the way of BOT placing investment is an important wan of investment, which solves insufficiency of placing money in strengthening province construction. To serve construction of enhancing province, we should strengthen the study of BOT investment. |
