小麦植株的糖含量和转化酶活力与幼穗发育的关系

摘    要:本文报道了小麦穗分化期,叶片及幼穗的糖含量和转化酶活力的动态变化与小花分化数的关系。叶片中的酸性转化酶和总糖含量随小花分化总数增加而增加,还原糖则逐渐下降。幼穗中酸性转化酶较稳定,其酶活力和成熟时粒数显著相关(r=0.7488~x)。幼穗的总糖含量及幼穗鲜重随小花分化进程加快呈对数曲线上升。孕穗期穗中各部位糖含量和转化酶活力,自穗顶向下递减。

Abstract:In the paper, the author reports the relation between sugar content, inverase activity in the leaf and the young ear and the floret differentiation during the floret differential period. The acidic inverase and the total sugar in the leaves gradually increased but the reducing sugar gradually decreased with the floret number increasing. The acidic inverase in the young ear changes a little during the floret differentiation. The activity of the acidic inverase is notably interrelated with the grain number of the mature wheat (r=0,7488). There is a logarithmic curvilinear relationship between the total sugar content, the weight of a(?)fresh young ear and the floret differentiatin. The sugar content and the activity of acidic inverase in young ear during the boot stage decreased progressively from the top to the base of the young ear.
