贫困山区旅游开发路径的创新与探索——以河南省洛宁县为例

脱贫攻坚是"十三五"时期实现全面小康的关键任务,贫困山区的脱贫致富更为重要。如何挖掘贫困山区的资源优势,创新扶贫开发模式,是当前亟待研究和探索的重要课题。本研究以国家级贫困县洛宁县为例,通过对洛宁县旅游资源禀赋的分析,从找准定位、积极对接、丰富产品和龙头带动四个方面提出了洛宁县旅游开发路径的建议,为具有旅游禀赋的贫困山区进行旅游产业脱贫提供了参考。

Innovation and Exploration of Tourism Development Path in Poor Mountainous Areas--Taking Luoning County in Henan Province as an Example

Getting rid of poverty is the key task of building the well-off society in an all-round way during the 13th five-year plan period, and shake offing poverty and setting out on the road to prosperity in impover?ished and mountainous area is more important. How to exploit the resource advantages of the poor mountain area and to innovate the mode of poverty alleviation and development is an important subject that needs to be studied and explored at present. This study takes astate-level poverty-stricken county, Luoning County, as an example, through analysis of Luoning County tourism resources, from the four aspects of accurate orientation, actively docking, rich products and bibcock-leading , puts forward some suggestions for Luoning County tourism devel?opment path, providing a reference for the poor mountainous areas with richtourism resources developing tour?ism industry and getting rid of poverty.
