河南省城乡一体化现状问题与优化

近年来当局者把新农村的建设放在了重点位置。河南积极贯彻国家的政策,但对于河南的省情:地处中原,人口以及农业大省,农民比重大,外资及项目不及外向型经济地区的多,财政转移支付不及偏远省份多。现实下,河南城乡一体化的进度并不是特别理想。从某方面来讲,河南更像是早起中国的缩影。在这样的大背景下,实现河南城乡一体化更为困难。本论文从国家政策出发,通过分析数据,研究河南城乡一体化的现状,找出适合省情的细节优化方案。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Urban and Rural Integration in Henan Province

In recent years, the government has put the construction of new country side in a key position. Henan province actively implements the national policy, but the situation of Henan province is locating in the central plains, with huge population and agriculture, large proportion of farmers, less foreign investment and projects than export-oriented economic regions, less fiscal transfer payment than remote provinces. Actually, Henan urban and rural integration progress is not ideal. In some ways, Henan seems more like a microcosm of the early China. In the background, it is more difficult to achieve urban and rural integration. This thesis em?barks from the national policy, through data analysis, studies the status of Henan urban and rural integration, to find the optimized scheme in accordance with the provincial situation.
