指板子宫复位法在输卵管结扎术中的临床观察

目的观察指板子宫复位法在输卵管结扎术中的临床效果。方法将200例子宫极度后倾后屈的输卵管结扎对象随机分为两组，每组各100例，观察组采用指板子宫复位法，对照组采用手法子宫复位法。结果观察组复位时间在2min以内及1次复位成功率为92％，疼痛程度Ⅰ级为84％，Ⅱ级为16％，Ⅲ级为0，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论指板子宫复位法复位时间短，痛苦小，1次复位成功率高，操作简单，容易掌握，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of the fingerboard uterine reset method in the tubal ligation surgery

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the fingerboard uterine reset method in the tubal ligation surgery. Method： 200 tubal ligation cases whose uterus were extremely backward flexion were ran- domly divided into two groups, the observer group （n=100） received the fingerboard uterine reset method, and the control group（n=100） received the techniques reposition the uterus. Result： In the observer group, the reset time was low than 2 minutes, one-time success rate of reset was 92%, the rate of Ⅰ level pain was 84%, the rate of Ⅱ level pain was 16%, no case reached the Ⅲ level pain, the results all were bet- ter than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Finger- board uterine reset method is a good method in t tubal ligation surgery, is worthy of clinical application.
