葡萄糖生物传感器研究

摘    要:葡萄糖氧化酶(glucoseoxidase,GOD)经固定化后与氧电极组装成葡萄糖生物传感器。这一生物传感器可在非常短的响应时间内完成对葡萄糖的测定,其线性范围为0~30mg/dL,能稳定使用22d。测定的相对标准偏差小于1.2%。与传统方法相比有良好的相关性。

Abstract:A biosensor consisting of immobilized enzyme(glucose oxidase, GOD) and an oxygen electrode has been developed for the estimation of glucose.A linear range was obtained up to 30 mg/dL glucose. This biosensor allowed glucose measurement with very short response times, an operation stability of 22 days and a relative standard deviation of 1.2%. Comparable results were ohained for glucose values estimated by the biosensor and those determined by the traditional method.
