摘    要:通过对AC13,SMA13和Superpave12、5三种典型级配的沥青混合料在不同的成型温度下的马歇尔试验,模拟沥青路面在不同压实温度下的碾压施工,分析压实温度对沥青混合料空隙率、矿料间隙率、稳定度、流值等体积参数的影响.结果表明,随着压实温度的降低,沥青混合料空隙率、矿料间隙率以及流值不断增大,而沥青饱和度和稳定度不断减小.这一规律对沥青混合料的现场施工有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Based on Marshall experiments under different compaction temperatures with the asphalt mixtures of the gradations of AC 13, SMA 13 and Superpave 12.5, an analysis is made of the influence of compaction temperatures on peecenbagee of voids, percent voids in mineral aggregate in the asphalt mixture, marshall stability, and flow value, etc. It is concluded that the values of peecenbagee of voids, percent voids in mineral aggregate and flow value will rise respectively with the falling of shaping temperature, but the values of percent voids in mineral aggregate filled with asphalt and marshall stability will fall respectively. It is of great significance for constructing asphalt pavement.
