| Abstract: | This study aims to explore Resource Allocation of the higher vocational education of Henan province in Process of Urbaniza- tion. Research results suggest that Henan Province, the rapid development of new urbanization requires a large number of a certain pro- fessional knowledge and skills of practical talents. At present, Henan vocational education is also very uneven distribution of resources, personnel training in professional skills, there are still some problems to be further optimized to improve. Henan vocational colleges should be innovative educational ideas and talent training mode to further optimize the allocation of educational resources, to promote the rapid development of urbanization in the province play a positive role in promoting. |
