| 摘 要： | 西耶斯是法国著名启蒙思想家,其法律思想内容十分丰富。其中法律未予禁止,即属公民自由的自由观,法律面前人人平等的平等观,以及国民主权的制宪理论等法律思想,对法国资产阶级革命产生重大推动,但其理论缺陷也直接导致诸多消极影响。

| Abstract: | Siey is one of the most famous enlightenment thinkers, whose legal thoughts have rich contents. His legal thoughts include the conception of civil freedom ; all people are equal before the law; the theory of national sovereignty, and so on. All of these not only have a significant boost to the bourgeois revolution in France, but the theoretical defects also cause many negative effects to France. |
