基于层次分析法的食品安全模型

摘    要:为定量地研究食品安全问题,采用层次分析法从生产、加工、销售和食用四个环节分析食品安全问题的诱因,简化比较复杂的食品安全问题,并比较各因素的相对重要程度,定量给出各因素的权重,建立食品安全管理模型,为食品安全管理提供科学依据.

Abstract:In order to make a quantitative research on the food safety problem,the article,using the analytic hierarchy process,analyzes the causes of food safety problem from the following four links: production,processing, marketing and consumption,simplifies the complex problems,compares the relative importance of these factors by giving the weight of each factor,and establishes the food safety management model. All these provide a scientific basis for the management of food safety.
