| 摘 要： | 为定量地研究食品安全问题,采用层次分析法从生产、加工、销售和食用四个环节分析食品安全问题的诱因,简化比较复杂的食品安全问题,并比较各因素的相对重要程度,定量给出各因素的权重,建立食品安全管理模型,为食品安全管理提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | In order to make a quantitative research on the food safety problem,the article,using the analytic hierarchy process,analyzes the causes of food safety problem from the following four links： production,processing, marketing and consumption,simplifies the complex problems,compares the relative importance of these factors by giving the weight of each factor,and establishes the food safety management model. All these provide a scientific basis for the management of food safety. |
