安徽省就业结构时空演变分析

把就业弹性和信息熵作为测度就业结构均衡度的指标,并将其运用于安徽省就业结构变化特征的分析中.分析结果显示,就业弹性方面:经济增长相对稳定时,第一产业就业弹性总体为负值,二三产业就业弹性同向变化且为正值.行业就业结构方面:安徽省就业结构的熵值变化反映出全省多数行业仍然处于扩大规模的加速发展阶段,就业结构均衡性增强;安徽省17个地市行业就业结构信息熵在时间维和空间维上具有区域分异规律.

An Analysis of the Spatial and Temporal Evolution of the Employment Structure in Anhui Province

This paper uses employment elasticity and information entropy as the index to measure the equilibrium level employment structure,and to analyze the characteristics of employment structure changes in Anhui province with it. The results show that： as to employment elasticity,when economic growth is relatively stable,the overall employment elasticity of the first industry is negative and the secondary and tertiary industries have the same change direction in employment elasticity and employment elasticity is positive. In industry employment structure,the entropy change in the employment structure of Anhui reflects that the majority of the industry is still in the accelerating development stage of expanding scale,and the balance of employment structure intensifies. In 17 cities in Anhui,the entropy of industry employment structure has a regional differentiation rule in the time dimension and spatial dimension.
