海洛因成瘾者中枢神经系统超微病理变化研究

摘    要:应用透射电镜对4例海洛因成瘾者中枢神经系统的海马、基底节和延髓进行观察。探讨了海洛因成瘾者中枢神经系统超微病理变化。结果表明:不同脑区神经细胞呈急、慢性缺氧性变性、坏死,神经纤维数量减少,髓鞘变性、崩解,神经细胞胞浆内线粒体肿胀、内质网扩张及细胞器减少。认为海洛因对中枢神经系统超微结构影响显著。

Abstract:Ultrastructurcal pathological changes ofcentralnervous system in herion addicts are discussed. Hippocampus, nuclei basales and medulla oblongate of heroin addicts' central nervous system in 4 cases are observed by using Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) Result: shows that nerve cells present acute or chronic anoxic degeneration and necrosis, the quantity of nerve fiber reduce, and myelin sheath of it is degenerative and collapsible, mitochondrion swelling, endoplasmic reticulum dilation, cell organelle reduction are also found. It is concluded that heroin brings about remarkable injury in ul trastructural pathology of nervous system.
