中国小商品城从业人员体育锻炼现状与发展对策

推动全民健身、为当地政府部门提供体育场馆建设与从业人员体育管理依据、弥补对商贸领域进行体质与健康研究的欠缺;采用问卷、文献资料、数理统计、德尔菲等方法,从12万小商品从业人员中,随机抽取3200个,对他们参与体育锻炼现状作了调查;结果显示:从业人员参与体育锻炼率达到76.55%,存在着体育场馆偏少、社会辅导员力量薄弱、中青年锻炼人口偏少、项目单一、体育消费水平较低等问题;分析后提出改善从业人员参加体育锻炼现状的对策和建议.

Physical Excercise Situation and Its Developing Countermeasures of the People in Chinese Small Commodity City

The purposes of the paper are to promote the civil physical exercise,provide the local government with some bases for the stadium construction and the people's sports management and make up the deficiency in the research on people's constitution and health in the business circle.By taking several approaches such as questionnaires,documents,mathematical statistics,Delafield and etc,the paper randomly selects 3,200 out of 120,000 employees to investigate into the status quo of their physical excercse.The result indicates the following problems: the physical training rate of the people amounts to 76.55%.There is not enough stadiums.The professional guides are weak.Among the exercising population,the middle-aged and young people just take a small part.The training courses are simplistic and the level of sports consumption is comparatively low.After analyzing the above-mentioned problems,the paper introduces some countermeasures and proposals for improving the present situation.
