摘 要: | 采用相场方法计算模拟单晶钆铽柘榴石Gd(2.34)Tb(0.66)Fe5O(12)的磁畴结构.利用并行计算、快速傅里叶变换以及高斯迭代法求解Landau—Lifshitz—Gilbert方程以描述磁化过程.通过二雏计算模拟发现,阻尼系数影响磁畴结构的形式.

Abstract: | The paper simulated the magnetic domain structures of single crystal Gd 2.34Tb 0.66Fe 5O12 with phase field method and worked out the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation by means of parallel method,fast Fourie transformation and Gauss-Sidel method in order to describe the process of magnetization.It was found that the damping coefficient had an effect on the pattern of magnetic domain structures when the two-dimensional simulation system was used. |
