基于图像处理技术的蔬菜嫁接机砧木自动定位系统研究

摘    要:本文针对2JSZ-600型蔬菜自动嫁接机器人,设计了对砧木子叶展开方向和生长点高度进行自动检测的机械装置,并运用计算机图像处理方法研究出了一套适用于砧木自动检测的算法;同时开发了单片机控制系统。本文对营养钵苗自动嫁接过程中砧木的输送问题做了初步的探讨,对于提高嫁接的自动化程度具有重要意义。

Abstract:This article introduces the design of an automatic orientation system of stock for nutritional bowl seedling grafting based on image processing technology. A mechanism is designed for testing stock cotyledon's horizontal direction and growing point's height direction automatically. Using image processing technology, we develops a arithmetic for automatic testing which accomplishes automatic test of cotyledon' s direction and growing point' s height. Besides, a MCU control system is developed and it controls the execution mechanism to carry stock to the right cutting location according to the test result of the computer. Experiments show that this system runs very well and achieves the anticipative aim.
