| 摘 要： | 本文研究的测定芳胺类药物含量的新方法,是以亚硝酸钠法为基础的示波电位法。该方法简单、快速、终点敏锐、直观,且不受药物中常见添加剂的干扰。用此方法测定了磺胺嘧啶原料药、盐酸普鲁卡因注射液、磷酸伯氨喹片等芳胺药物中各有效成分芳胺的含量,方法标准偏差<0.4,回收率>99%。测定结果与中国药典法相符。

| Abstract: | A new rapid method for the determinations of aromatic amine medicines involving sulfapyrimidine,procaine hydrochloride and primary amine quinine phosphate has been developed.The method is based on the application of an oscilloscope in Potentiometric titration to locate the end point instead of using chemical indicators.NaNO_2 is used as a titrant.The operations are simple and the end point is very sharp and easy to detect. The measurement is not interfered by any common additives in the medicines. The accuracy and precision of the method have been studied.The results of determination by this method have been compared with that by the dead-stop titration method and they are found coincident closely.The standard deviation of this method is below 0.4% and the recovery is above 99%. |
