苦瓜种子蛋白的抗菌实验

摘    要:采用碱提法提取苦瓜种子中的蛋白质,抗菌实验结果表明:苦瓜种子蛋白对大肠杆菌、根霉菌和酿酒酵母菌都有明显的抑菌作用,而对根霉菌作用最明显,此表明苦瓜种子有较高的药用保健价值.

Abstract:Alkali formulation was used to extract the protein contained in balsam pear seeds for doing antimicrobial experiment.The findings show that the protein contained in balsam pear seeds has a significant antimicrobial effect on E.coli,Rhizopus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The most obvious effect is on root fungus,which indicates the seeds have high medicinal value of health care.
