摘    要:假定楔形模正挤压的速度场为动可容连续速度场,运用虚功原理和变分原理,将上限模式用于楔形模平面应变正挤压中,分别计算出塑变功率、剪切功率、摩擦功率和平均单位应力,最后推导出模具最佳半楔角公式.

Abstract:It is assumed that the velocity field of cuneiform forward extrusion be motive,permissible and continuous.Using the principles of virtual work and variation,the upper bound model is applied to the analysis of the cuneiform mould plane strain forward extrusion.The plastic deformation power,the shearing power,the friction power,and the average unit pressure have been calculated respectively.And finally,the formula of the optimal half wedge angle is deduced.
