摘    要:通过对乙烯裂解炉管典型工况分析,建立了炉管在温度、内压、渗碳和蠕变等交互作用下的有限元计算模型,并对HK40奥氏体耐热钢制成的乙烯裂解炉管在1173K下的应力场和蠕变损伤分数进行了模拟;结果表明渗碳是引起炉管失效的主要原因。通过计算得到的炉管失效方式、位置和炉管寿命均与实际运行结果基本吻合。

Numerical simulation on stress and creep damage fraction in ethylene cracking tube

Abstract:After analyzing typical operation conditions of ethylene cracking tubes, a finite element calculation model under interactions of temperature, internal pressure, carburization and creep is founded. Stress distribution and creep damage distribution are simulated for cracking tubes made from HK40 steel at 1 173 K. The calculated results show that carburization is the main cause of the failure of tubes. As for the way and location of the failure of tubes and the life of tubes, the calculated results are in good agreement with the actual results.
