核黄素合剂对小鼠运动能力的影响观察

摘    要:以昆明种小白鼠为实验对象观察了核黄素合剂对运动训练小鼠运动能力的影响。将小鼠(30只)随机分成2组对照组(给予运动训练,普通饲料和正常饮水),实验组(给予运动训练,普通饲料,核黄素合剂),实验结果显示,实验组小鼠耗竭游泳时间明显长于对照组(P〈0.01),血乳酸指数明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),提示核黄素合剂具有改善训练小鼠整体状况,提高小鼠运动能力的作用。

Abstract:In this experiment,Kunming mice were us ed and the effect of Riboflavin(Vitmin B 2) on the endurance time of swimming of train ed mice were observed.30 mice were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group (swimming plus normal eating and drinking) and experimental group (swimming p lus fee ding riboflavin compound except normal food).The results showed that:(1).the swi m ming endurance time of experimental group was obviously longer than that of cont rol group (P<0.01).(2).The ratio of blood lactic acid of experime ntal group is significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).This s uggests that riboflavin compound could improve physical endurance of mice.
