注重教师礼仪 提升职业形象

近几年,媒体上有关教师的负面报道越来越多,教师在人们心目中的形象越来越差,此现象发人深思。探析教师遭讽的原因,主要是由于部分教师礼仪素质偏低所致。目前教师礼仪修养存在着诸多问题,比如不注重品德修养,不注重仪容仪表、不讲究言谈举止礼仪,不注意人际交往方式等等。分析问题产生的原因,重点探讨教师应遵从的职业礼仪规范,以便进一步完善教师的职业形象,提升教师队伍在公众心目中的形象和地位。

In the recent years,there,e more and more negative news in the media about teachers,behavior,which shows that people,s impression on teachers is getting worse.This phenomenon causes us to think a lot.As for the reasons,I think it is mainly due to the teacher,s poor manners.Nowadays,there exist many problems in teachers,amenity,such as,they don,t care about their moral character cultivation or their personal appearance as well as their words and behavior including the way of communication.This essay aims to dig out the reason of the phe-nomenon and lay its emphasis on the do and don,ts of teacher,s amenity and thus to promote teacher,s occupa-tional image and their image among the public.
