| Abstract: | This paper discuss in detail the recognition and processing of the characters on the motor vehicle license, probes into the application of BP neural network in the recognition of motor vehicle license characters, and by useing Visual C++, completes the simulation of the recognition of motor vehicle license characters, and gives the experimental results. |
