| 摘 要： | 深入分析并比较了文献中有关准时制生产系统中生产控制策略的研究工作，主要包括不同控制策略的生产系统模型、模型分析方法、生产系统中看板数的确定和分配。把串联布置的生产系统的研究工作扩展到更为复杂但更符合实际的一般设置的网络生产系统，并且对生产系统中运作管理的策略进行了分析，提出了4种不同的控制策略，在这方面的研究工作已经取得了进展。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews and compares the research works of production control strategies in just-in-time production system in the literature. It includes models of different control strategies, various analysis methods, and approaches of determining and allocating kanbans in the production system. We extend the research works for the production system from a tandem configuration to a general configuration that is more complex and consistent with actual production systems. Based on the analysis, four production control strategies are proposed. There have been some new progresses on the issue. |
