| 摘 要： | 证明了文献[7]所给Weibull过程环境因子的点估计是有偏估计,导出了基于定数截尾样本Weibull过程环境因子的近似无偏估计,以及基于定数截尾样本Weibull过程环境因子的近似置信区间.利用模拟方法研究了所给近似无偏估计和近似区间估计的精度.模拟结果显示所给的近似无偏估计和近似区间估计的精度是相当好的.

| Abstract: | In this paper, we derive the approximate unbiased estimation and interval estimation of the environment factor under Weibull process. Using Monte-Carlo method, we research the precision of the approximate unbiased estimation and approximate interval estimation of the environment factor. The simulation results show the approximate precision is relatively good. |
