| 摘 要： | 论述了提升辽宁装备制造业集群竞争力的重要性。提出了提升竞争力的五点措施和建议。指出注重吸引大型跨国公司落户辽宁,优化辽宁装备制造业集群的内部分工结构,发展中小企业,提高集群创新力,积极发挥辽宁省政府的作用是辽宁振兴的关键。

| Abstract: | The importance to revitalize the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning is discussed.Five specific measures for achieving the industrialization are described.The key to Liaoning＇s comprehensive rejuvenation is pointed out,which is to attract the large multinational companies settling in Liaoning,to optimize the internal structure,to develop the small and medium-sized enterprises,to enhance the innovation power of the cluster,and to make Liaoning provincial government as a good role. |
