| 摘 要： | 介绍了东北农业大学植物科学与技术实验教学中心在实验教学管理体制及教学改革方面的实践，系统总结了实验中心为培养具有坚实的专业基础、较强的实践与创新能力的高素质人才在教学体系建设、实验教学方法与手段的改革以及实验教学队伍建设方面取得的成效。

| Abstract: | To enhance student＇ s innovation and experiment ability, plant science and technology experimental centre of Northeast Agricultural University conducted a series of practices in experimental teaching management system and reform. This paper summarized the corresponding effects on teaching system construction, experimental teaching methods and personnel construction. |
