磁场辅助对掺杂TiO_2薄膜光催化活性的影响

摘    要:利用外加匀强磁场辅助掺杂TiO2光催化降解偶氮胭脂红B溶液,通过实验探讨外加磁场对Fe^3+和La^3+掺杂TiO2薄膜光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:外加磁场使掺杂Fe^3+/TiO2薄膜的光催化活性降低,在磁感应强度为7mT时,催化剂几乎完全失活,光催化降解率低于2.0%;而对于掺杂1.0%La^3+/TiO2薄膜,在磁感应强度为30mT时,光催化降解率达47.4%,比无外加磁场时高12%;磁场辅助对掺杂TiO2光催化活性的影响与掺杂离子的磁导率有关。

Abstract:Effects of magnetic field on photo-catalytic degradation of azocarmine B with Fe3 +or La 3+ doped TiO2 films were investigated.The results indicate that the photo-catalytic activity of Fe3 + /TiO2 films is deactivation and the activity of La3 + /TiO2 films is reactivation in magnetic field.The degradation rate of Fe 3+ /TiO2 films is less than 2.0%at 7 mT of magnetic induction.The degradation rate of doped La3 + /TiO2(1.0%)film achieves 47.4%at 30 mT of magnetic induction,which is more than 12%compared with...
