用分光光度法测定竹红菌乙素

摘    要:在竹红菌乙醇提出物及其制剂中竹红菌乙素含量在459nm波长处用分光光度法可以直接测定,而提出物及其制剂中的其他成分对测定结果无明显干扰。测定方法快速、简便。

Abstract:Contents Hypocrellin B in alcochol extrations from Hypocrella bambusae and its preparations can be determined directly by spectre-photometric method at wavelength 459 nm , And the other sub-stances of the alcochol extract and its preparations did not interfere with the determination . this method is quick and simple.
