分梳山羊绒时刺辊部分的作用

本文分析了山羊原绒中粗毛和绒毛在长度、细度、抗弯刚度、摩擦系数等方面存在着显著的差异;利用刺辊的握持分梳能有效地分离粗毛和杂质;分析了纤维脱离针齿的条件及附面层气流中粗毛、杂质和绒毛沉降速度的差异.在锡莱分析机的刺辊下部改装去粗刀和挡板,证明对去除粗毛、杂质效果良好.

THE FUNCTION OF TAKER-IN ON DEHAIRING CASHMERE

In this paper, the differences in length, fineness, rigidity and factor of friction for hair and wool of cashmere are analysed. The more obvious the difference is, the easier the dehairing is. Using an intensive carding action of taker-in can effectively dehair hair and the impurities. After analysing the conditions of separating fibres from saw-teeth and difference of falling velocity for hair and wool on the surface layer of air stream, we modified the mote knive and shield under the taker-in of Shirley analyzer to result in an additional air space, and obtain a good effective of dehairing. The results of the experiments show that the velocity of the air increase slowly from the back to the front. The better technology factors of the mote knive and the better setting between the mote knive and the shield are as follows: the angle, in 110 for the mote knive, the gauge,0.36mm between the mote knive and the taker-in and the setting, 6-9mm between the mote knive and the shield. When the raw materials contain much more hair and the impurities, the dehairing effective of the machine is more high. The effective of the machine decreases with the increasing dehairing times.
