AL87Ce3Ni10-xCux(x=0,1,3,5)纳米非晶复合材料的显微结构及性能研究

摘    要: 单辊快凝Al87Ce3Ni10-xCux(x=0,1,3,5)非晶合金在180,200,220,240℃进行20min等时退火,制成纳米复合结构.测量了各个合金的显微硬度.用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和差示扫描量热(DSC)技术研究了显微结构、晶粒尺寸、体积分数、热稳定性、硬度与合金成分和退火温度的关系.结果表明:随Cu摩尔分数的增加,α-Al晶粒尺寸减小,晶粒细化使显微硬度增高,随Cu摩尔分数的增加,α-Al析出温度向低温移动,有利于α-Al晶粒的析出过程.

Abstract:Nanophase-amorphous composites have been prepared by melt-spun Al87Ce3Ni10-xCux(x=0,1,3,5) amorphous alloys annealed at 180,200,220℃ and 240℃ for 20min.The microhardness of nanophase amorphous composites were examined.have been investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) The changes in the microstructure,the particle size,the volume fraction of α-Al phase,thermal stability and the microhardness as a function of alloy compositions and annealing temperatures.The present results indicate that the measures of Al particles decrease with increasing Cu content.The refinement of the nanoscale α-Al particles results in increase in the microhardness.The onset temperatures of precipitation of the α-Al phase shift to a lower temperature side with increasing Cu content.
