淀粉的物理化学状态对淀粉接枝高吸水性树脂吸水性能的影响

摘    要:主要讨论了淀粉在参与接枝聚合反应前的物理和化学状态对最终淀粉接枝高吸水性树脂的吸水性能的影响。实验说明,淀粉在参加接枝聚合反应之前进行一定温度范围条件下的预糊化处理有利于最终产品的吸水性能;淀粉经过阳离子化后接枝丙烯酸(钠)对强电解质溶液的吸收倍率高于原淀粉接枝产品。

Abstract:The Influence of starch physical and chemical state on the absorbility of starch grafted superabsorbents were mainly studied. The pretreatment of starch before graft polymerization within certain temperature range was favour of improvement of absorbability of products. The chemical modification of starch before graft polymerization also affected on absorbability of products to large degree. The superabsorbents - starch-grafted-polyacrylate after cationization have better absorbability than the products without cationization.
