摘    要:通过利用TZP陶瓷材料制备裂纹体陶瓷试样,探讨裂纹法测试K_(1c)及其影响因素,提出了较好控制裂纹扩展的方法,并就加载速度、相变增韧及残余应力等因素对裂纹体试样的K_(1c)影响进行了分析讨论,以完善该方法,使其具备工程实用价值.

Abstract:This paper presents the preparation method and influential factors in making precraked K_(IC)sample by using TZP ceramic material. A better method of controlling crack growth in a stable manner is introduced. The effects of environment,loading speed,phase transformation toughening of TZP ceramics and residual stress, etc. on measured K_(IC)values by precraked specimens are also analyzed and discussed. The objective of this paper is to develop a new method of engineering application.
