| Abstract: | The innovation of scientific and technological periodicals based on the features of the knowledge-economy is a problem waiting to be solved by each editor of the periodicals.This paper elaborates editor's innovative consciousness in regard to the features of the knowledge-economy through analysing the obstructs of editors'innovation to give some proposals for the cultivation of innovative consciousness of a editor. |
