政府监督与企业社会责任承担问题研究

文章对政府监管企业承担社会责任的问题进行了分析,分析结果表明,政府监管部门对企业承担社会责任的监管强度、政府对监管部门监管的激励强度以及对企业拒不承担强制性社会责任行为的处罚力度这3方面是影响企业承担社会责任的策略选择的三大主要因素;在分析结论的基础上,文章就政府如何督促企业更好地承担社会责任提出了政策建议.

Research on government supervision and enterprises' undertaking of the social responsibility

This papers considers the issues of social responsibilities between enterprises and the government. A detailed analysis shows that there are three most important elements: supervision intension of government regulators on enterprises' social responsibility undertaking, incentive intensity of the government to the supervision of the government regulators, and the punishments if enterprises refuse to undertake mandatory social responsibilities, which affect enterprises' choosing of strategies in fulfilling their social responsibilities. Based on the conclusion, the paper gives policy suggestions about how the government guides enterprises to undertake their necessary social responsibilities in better ways.
