| Abstract: | Fault diagnosis of machinery is of great importance to industrial key equipment, and an accurate condition monitoring is the prerequisite of exact diagnosis. The types of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rotary machinery are analyzed. The structure and function of each level is introduced in detail, and an application of distributed condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is given. |
