摘    要:针对粉煤灰堆放场环境污染严重且治理难度较大的问题,利用微生物技术来挖掘其有效钾含量,提高其生态恢复效率。通过对释钾菌的分离筛选,揭示其对粉煤灰的释钾效应。研究结果表明:从京郊菜园土中分离得到一菌株,经驯化后其对粉煤灰的释钾作用较强,释钾率可达27%,显著地提高了粉煤灰基质中速效钾含量,降低了基质的pH。考虑接菌的成本与释钾效果,确定出该菌最适的接种剂量为5%。该研究结果为粉煤灰的生物修复奠定了较好的理论基础。
