异形预旋喷嘴流量系数的测量研究

摘    要:在一个单独的静腔系统中对分别具有30?,25?,20?,15?预旋进气角度的预旋喷嘴面板进行实验研究。得到了预旋角度,长径比,进出气压比,扩张面积比对预旋喷嘴流量系数的影响,并分析了实验测量以及处理过程中的随机误差和系统误差。结果显示流量系数随着进出气压比的增加而线性增加,预旋孔进口扩张能有效提高流量系数,随机误差是影响实验结果的主要因素,系统误差则有可能使个别数据出现较大误差。

Abstract:An experiment investigation of discharge coefficient in a pre-swirl stator-only system was described.Pre-swirl cooling air go through nozzles of pre-swirl angle 30°、25°、20°、15°,sparately.The influence of the pre-swirl angle、the length-to-diameter ratio、the pressure ratio、the expansion area ratio of the pre-swirl nozzle on the discharge coefficient was obtained form this test,and the system error and random error of the experiment was aslo analyzed.The result shows that the discharge coefficient linearly increases as the pressure ratio increases,the expansion of the preswirl nozzle is effective for improving the discharge coefficient,the system error brings on main influence while the random error may cause a bigger error to an individual experiment data.
