拉式物流控制模型在立体仓库中的应用

随着科技的发展，立体仓库得到了广泛应用，对于它的优化方法研究很多，但都没有从根源上去降低库存成本，本文将拉式物流控制模型应用于高架库的运作过程中，从工序着手，降低各工序的库存，从而达到降低码垛与拆垛的缓存区库存量的目的。本文通过一算例对该模型进行说明，证实该拉式系统模型的可行性与实用性。

Pull logistics control model apply in the stereoscopic warehouse

There are many literature research and optimization methods on the warehouse. This article apply the pull logistic control model into the operation of elevated library. Because of the activities of the warehouse varies with the needs of the event , the changes in each event are the same, therefore, it ensure the goods in the warehouse activities can move to the next station on time and harmonize work-flow processes, finally, the method avoids the accumulation of additional inventory in buffer station. Last, this paper uses the model to confirm the feasibility and practicality of the pull model.
