| 摘 要： | 将氨基酸椐亲 -疏水性按 5度简并进行分类 ,然后映射于蛋白质规则二级结构中 ,对规则二级结构中氨基酸的亲 -疏水性紧邻关联作了统计分析 ,并给出规则二级结构中亲 -疏水氨基酸的位置择优规律性

| Abstract: | Hydrophilic hydrophobe amino acids are classified according to its 5 degeneracy, and reflected to the protein regular second structure . In addtion the statistic analyse of hydrophilic hydrophobe amino acids tight neighbor correlation, give the principle of the best place of hydrophilic hydrophobe amino acids in second structure. |
