| 摘 要： | 4.熟料的组成及煅烧实验表明,熟料的矿物组成及着色离子的掺量对水泥的强度、色彩以及水泥制品颜色的稳定性都能产生较大的影响。作者从大量方案中筛选出如表2所示的几组具有代表性的绿色水泥熟料,目的在于获得尽可能高的强度和颜色稳定的绿色水泥。熟料的烧成温度控制在1300～1450℃范围内,并在烧成温度下保温1小时。熟料出炉后用风急冷至室温,磨细后用 BDJ—D 型百度计测其色彩

| Abstract: | Green cement cliner can be obtained by adding chromium ox- ide to the raw meal containing less Fe_2O_3.This paper shows that industrial waste containing Cr may be used as colorant of green cement clinkers.Th- erefore a new way for reducing pollution and production cost of green cement has been opened. The compositions,structures and properties of green cement were studied by chemical analysis,XRD,ESR,XPS and so on.The result shows that Cr not only has a good colorific effect on cement clinker but also promots its formation,and high strength of cement can be obtained;burning temperature, coling rate and content of Cr_2O_3,Fe_2O_3,Al_2O_3 have a great influence on the colcrity of cement clinker;Cr ions in the clinker exist mainly in Cr~(5+), Cr~(3+) and soluble Cr ions is very low;the eolority of green cement products is beautiful and stable. |
